Have you noticed these days that when shopping online it's often impossible to tell where an item is made or shipped from? There are many places to buy jewelry online but so many questions. Our promise to you is that we will treat you with the honesty and respect you deserve and provide service with a personal touch. As a member of the prestigious League of NH Craftsmen since the 1970's we have pride in the quality of the jewelry created and boast a very happy customer base. For several decades now we have both worked to build our business reputation and it is a good one.

Where is the jewelry made and where will it be shipped from? Who is the jewelry designer and jeweler? - Our jewelry is designed and handmade right here by Ron Cravens with his assistant Rose Cravens in our own studio and shipped directly from New Hampshire, USA. Used are traditional time honored techniques. Finishing will include filing, tripoli, polish and tumbling. The polishing wheel as shown is no metalsmith's favorite but it is part of the process and it is very messy and can be dangerous but we take no shortcuts to achieve a job well done.
When buying online how do I know the soldering ability of the maker and the integrity of the materials? -Unless you are familiar with the artisan's work, you don't but rest assured, we stand behind all our materials and accumulated skills and do our best to describe our work clearly. We have been at this quite awhile now and do not use apprentice jewelers or "farm out" any aspect of creation.
