These days there are so many places to buy jewelry online and so many questions. Our promise to you is to treat you with the honesty and respect you deserve and provide service with a personal touch.  As members of the prestigious League of NH Craftsmen since the 1970's we can pride ourselves on the quality of our jewelry and boast a very happy customer base. For several decades now we have worked to built our reputation and it is a good one. 

• Where is the jewelry made and where it will be shipped from?  Who is the jewelry designer and jeweler? -Our jewelry is designed and handmade right here by us, Ron & Rose Cravens , in our own studio with our own hands and shipped directly from us in New Hampshire, USA.  We use traditional time honored techniques. Finishing will include filing, tripoli, polish and tumbling. The tripoli wheel as shown, is no metalsmith's favorite part of the process as it is very messy but we take no shortcuts to achieve a job well done. 
• When buying online how do I know the soldering ability of the maker and the integrity of the materials? -Unless you are familiar with the artisans work, you don't but rest assured, we stand behind all our materials and accumulated skills and do our best to describe our work clearly. We have been at this quite awhile now and do not use apprentice jewelers or farm out any aspect of creation.                                             
• Can I communicate with a human who can answer my questions?-YES! We are here. We can answer your questions and work with you to get things just right in a timely way.  Emailing is best but we do take calls as well.   See Contact Us.
